Find out moreAn energy-efficient heating solution for porcelain, ceramic and natural stone floors, the 200w BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Mat with state-of-the-art gloss white iSTAT Electric Underfloor Heating Thermostat will provide your home with an even and comfortable temperature, without the risk of hot or cold spots. The mat's ingenious rapid fit sticky mesh means installation is both quick and straightforward, particularly when compared to cable systems.
Designed for rooms within your home that experience high levels of heat loss, such as conservatories, BodenWärme's 200-watt Electric Undertile Heating Mats provide a higher output than the 150w version. Because of the way the cables are spaced within the mats, the 200w Electric Undertile Heating Mats ensures your room will heat up quicker but also maintain the heat within the room for longer.
Each kit comes with a touchscreen iSTAT Electric Underfloor WiFi Thermostat, featuring a gloss white fascia and a contemporary styled chrome frame. As well as a 'Key Lock', adaptive learning and weekly programming functions, with inbuilt WiFi connectivity, you can control your thermostat remotely via your Android or IOS device. This means even when you're not at home, you can set the temperature of your underfloor heating, ready for when you return.
The robust and reliable BodenWärme Heating Mats are backed with a lifetime warranty while the thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer backed warranties giving peace of mind.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you need to first work out the area of the entire floor space by multiplying the width of the floor by the length. Once this is done, you should then deduct any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eliminate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between mats and for spacing around the perimeter of the room.
