Find out moreThis energy-efficient underfloor heating solution from BodenWärme is designed specifically for rooms with porcelain, ceramic and natural stone flooring. The 200w BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Mat with a user-friendly white dSTAT Thermostat will provide your home with a comfortable and consistent temperature that eradicates hot or cold spots.
The mat's rapid fit sticky mesh technology ensures a speedy and easy installation in comparison to other heating methods such as cable systems. While traditional radiators distribute heat from a single point within your room, BodenWärme's Electric Undertile Heating Mats generate heat that is evenly dispersed across the area of your floor.
This 200-watt electric underfloor heating system has been designed for rooms that experience high levels of heat loss, like conservatories. Because of how the cables within the mats are spaced, the 200w Electric Undertile Heating Mats ensure your room will heat up much quicker and maintain the heat within your rooms for longer.
Each kit comes with a dSTAT Thermostat, featuring a sleek white finish. As well as a 'Key Lock' function, this digital thermostat includes weekly programming capabilities and adaptive learning. The thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer-backed warranties while the BodenWärme Heating Mats are backed with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty, giving peace of mind.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you need to first work out the area of the whole floor space by multiplying the length of the floor by the width. Once this is done, you should then subtract any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eliminate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have an entire area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for spacing around the perimeter of the room and between mats.
