Upgrade your home with comfortable, even warmth using the BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Mat 150w, paired with a Manual Electric Underfloor Thermostat in white. Designed for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone floors, this system eliminates hot and cold spots while providing a seamless, energy-efficient heating solution.
The sticky mesh design allows for fast, easy installation, ideal for regular-shaped rooms and large areas. Simply roll out the mat, cut the mesh backing, and adjust as needed. For maximum efficiency, install over Underfloor Heating Insulation Boards to reduce heat loss and speed up heating times. The easy-to-use manual thermostat has an LED indicator, floor temperature sensor and fits a standard 45mm single gang back box.
First work out the area of the entire floor space by multiplying the width of the floor by the length. Next, deduct any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will remove the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between mats and for spacing around the perimeter of the room.
