Find out moreA great choice of underfloor heating for bathrooms and small or irregularly shaped rooms, the 150-watt BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit with a user-friendly black WiFi Thermostat is designed to be fully compatible with porcelain, ceramic and natural stone floor tiles. An energy-efficient solution to keeping your rooms warm and cosy throughout the year, this underfloor heating method allows you to lay your heating cables around your room's unique layout of fixtures and architectural features with minimal hassle.
The BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit will provide your rooms with sufficient power to deliver a single-source heating solution, meaning no need for radiators taking up space. Whereas traditional radiator heating systems are often prone to causing hot and cold spots, the BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit maintains a comfortable heating profile where your feet are kept warm and your head remains cool.
Included with BodenWärme's heating cable kit is a colour touchscreen WiFi Electric Underfloor Heating Thermostat in a sleek black finish. The sensitive touchscreen makes it incredibly easy to use, and the 'Key Lock' function ensures that your thermostat settings are locked in, should they be changed by mistake. Suppose you wish to set a weekly schedule for your underfloor heating. In that case, you can use the inbuilt scheduling programme, allowing you to organise weekends and weekdays separately. With WiFi connectivity, you can even control your thermostat remotely via your IOS or Android device for extra convenience.
The robust and reliable BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit is backed with a lifetime warranty while the thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer backed warranties, giving you peace of mind.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you need to first work out the area of the whole floor space by multiplying the width of the floor by the length. Once this is done, you should then deduct any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will remove the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and around the perimeter of the room.
